I first spoke to Donald when I called him to view a condo he was representing for the owner. He told me it was rented already. I asked him if he knew of any other unit similar that was available. He told me no and we then spoke about my needs and what I was hoping to find. He was very pleasant and attentive. I could tell that he was "one of the few good ones" and was really concerned about helping me. A short time later he called to tell me that the deal fell through and the unit was available again.
