M2i is composed of two seven-story buildings with 230 units total with a spectacular courtyard, a rooftop deck, and secured gated parking. The loft style units allow the give the resident enough room and the liberty to add or remove walls as they please. Most of the M2i residences have private decks, ceiling to floor windows, 11’ to 14’ ceilings, and many of the units on the top floor have skylights.
The residents appreciate the fairly low monthly homeowners fees and the fact that they have a retail space is a bonus, the retail spaces include a Starbucks, a Brooklyn Bagel, a pet store a more.
