Last evening, I accepted an invitation to a VIP preview of Pacific Gate by BOSA.  Cruising altitude was reached at the first stop – Residence 3601.  Airliner views of the city and ocean are on full display with window walls and expansive balcony.  This floor plan offers 3 BR plus Den with approximated 2,400 sq. ft. of living space and priced in the $3M-4M range.

The tour included 4 different floor plans with my favorite, Residence 2205.  Although lower and smaller than 3601, I found the entrance foyer and layout distinctive and appealing.  This 2 BR plan spans approximately 1600 sq. ft and priced in the upper $2M range.


Kitchens at Pacific Gate are a work of art.  The custom organizing systems and top-tier appliances will discover the hidden chef in anyone while t
he Resident’s Lounge and Pool Terrace rival any 5-Star hotel.  Pacific Gate offers every amenity imaginable. HOA fees are approximately $1500 – $1700 per month.
