A VIP Look at Downtown San Diego’s Pacific Gate

An Inside VIP Look at Pacific Gate

According to BOSA Development, “the most compelling cities on the international stage, called ‘Superstar Cities’ are those where beauty, culture and a uniquely authentic lifestyle come together with a thriving business sector.”

What is Super Prime Real Estate?

San Diego has joined the ranks with Miami, Seattle, Los Angeles and Vancouver with further distinction with “Super Prime” residential real estate. This real estate is located in a prestigious neighborhood, showcasing exquisite design, views and exceptional amenities. These Super Prime residences are the ultimate trophy property.

In these cities you find a unique combination of culture, beauty and lifestyle, with residences in the most prestigious of neighborhoods offering iconic architecture, exquisite interiors and levels of service and amenities only seen in the most luxurious international hotels. It is this combination of factors that have created the class ‘Super Prime’. – Pacific Gate Website

The VIP Preview

Last evening, I accepted an invitation to a VIP preview of Pacific Gate by BOSA.  Cruising altitude was reached at the first stop – Residence 3601.  Airliner views of the city and ocean are on full display with window walls and expansive balcony.  This floor plan offers 3 BR plus Den with approximated 2,400 sq. ft. of living space and priced in the $3M-4M range.

A VIP Tour of the Property

The tour included 4 different floor plans with my favorite, Residence 2205.  Although lower and smaller than 3601, I found the entrance foyer and layout distinctive and appealing.  This 2 BR plan spans approximately 1600 sq. ft and priced in the upper $2M range.

Kitchens at Pacific Gate are a work of art.  The custom organizing systems and top-tier appliances will discover the hidden chef in anyone while the Resident’s Lounge and Pool Terrace rival any 5-Star hotel.  Pacific Gate offers every amenity imaginable. HOA fees are approximately $1500 – $1700 per month.

Should you like additional information, floor plans or a private tour, I can help.  After all, doesn’t everyone deserve a trophy?

Dan Larson brings decades of sales and marketing experience to Dwell Well Realty. He cut his teeth in this competitive field at the tender age of 9. Dan’s school was raising funds and dispatched an army of 3rd graders with flower seeds and talking points on the benefits of curb appeal. Dan’s steely determination and raw talent landed his first achievement award “Top Seed Seller” – the future looked bright! As an adult, Dan has been associated with many of San Diego’s most respected companies: SeaWorld, PSA, USAirways, Loews Coronado Bay Resort and The Rancho Bernardo Inn. During the airline years, Dan was hand-selected for European deployment to select and train staff; launching new international service. The luxury hotel experience required business to business sales, negotiating complex, 7 figure purchase contracts and conducting presentations in front of senior management. A decade ago, Dan stepped into real estate sales. His abilities and achievements in each position are documented with advancement from Account Executive – National Sales Manager – Associate Director of Sales and Senior Vice President of Sales. Dan’s clients complement his communication skills, effective negotiating, and powerful marketing campaigns. Dan invests himself heavily in the success of his clients by bringing in the finest residential photographers, purchasing full color advertising and never cutting corners when it comes to exposing a listing to the largest audience. This commitment to excellence has seen Dan selling from Palm Springs to Carlsbad, Fallbrook to Point Loma and a strong focus in Downtown and Metro San Diego’s historic neighborhoods.
