New Homes in Chula Vista

As a fan of pedestrian-focused planning, I was curious to learn more, so I headed down to Millenia to see the New Homes in Chula Vista.

Here is some helpful information that I pulled from the Millenia web site:

It will be the new center of South County.
Millenia is a unique mixed-use hub that embodies the new shift towards lifestyle-centric living. A blend of activities, ages, and all the perks of a thriving community, intelligently designed into 80 walkable city blocks — about the size of downtown San Diego.

Millenia is a completely walkable community in Chula Vista, thanks to a grid of tree-lined pedestrian avenues. Meander through parks, promenades, gathering areas, and inviting gardens as you make your way around the districts, or walk to Otay Ranch Town Center across the street.

As a new community, there is a lot of construction and expanses of open land ready for development. It will take some time for landscaping to mature and a personality to emerge. I am impressed to see private elevators designed into these multi-story homes, addressing the needs of any age group and eliminating a potential issue with stairs (see EVO by Meridian and Skylar by KB Home).

Remember, I can assist with new construction provided I register you on the initial visit. Whether it’s new construction or resale, I am here to help so never hesitate to reach out!

Take a look at the renderings and floorplans below.

Dan Larson brings decades of sales and marketing experience to Dwell Well Realty. He cut his teeth in this competitive field at the tender age of 9. Dan’s school was raising funds and dispatched an army of 3rd graders with flower seeds and talking points on the benefits of curb appeal. Dan’s steely determination and raw talent landed his first achievement award “Top Seed Seller” – the future looked bright! As an adult, Dan has been associated with many of San Diego’s most respected companies: SeaWorld, PSA, USAirways, Loews Coronado Bay Resort and The Rancho Bernardo Inn. During the airline years, Dan was hand-selected for European deployment to select and train staff; launching new international service. The luxury hotel experience required business to business sales, negotiating complex, 7 figure purchase contracts and conducting presentations in front of senior management. A decade ago, Dan stepped into real estate sales. His abilities and achievements in each position are documented with advancement from Account Executive – National Sales Manager – Associate Director of Sales and Senior Vice President of Sales. Dan’s clients complement his communication skills, effective negotiating, and powerful marketing campaigns. Dan invests himself heavily in the success of his clients by bringing in the finest residential photographers, purchasing full color advertising and never cutting corners when it comes to exposing a listing to the largest audience. This commitment to excellence has seen Dan selling from Palm Springs to Carlsbad, Fallbrook to Point Loma and a strong focus in Downtown and Metro San Diego’s historic neighborhoods.
